Rich LaVecchia

Richard "Rich" LaVecchia IV was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, but the Charleston area has always felt like home. After spending much of his life in the Low country, he made Charleston his permanent home in 2017 and now resides on James Island.

Richard's passion for boating began at an early age and has grown into a career spanning yacht brokerage, professional captaining, vessel management, and offshore sportfishing. As a Yacht Broker with Revis Yacht Sales, he covers the Southeast with a primary focus on the Charleston market. Whether working with custom sportfish, center consoles, cruising yachts, or brokerage vessels of all sizes, Richard brings over 10 years of firsthand professional experience and an extensive network to every transaction.

Beyond his brokerage work, Richard is an active USCG 200-Ton Master Captain with years of experience operating and managing high-end sportfishing yachts throughout the East Coast, Bahamas, Caribbean, and beyond. His background includes vessel deliveries, tournament fishing, maintenance oversight, extensive refits, passage planning, and guiding owners through every aspect of boat ownership.
